Your body needs something different in week one than it does in month two. We treat each stage for what it is, so nothing is rushed and nothing is missed.
Stage I
Fluid Control
Days 1–14 after surgery
The first two weeks decide how the rest of your recovery goes. Manual lymphatic drainage moves the fluid your body retains after surgery, easing pressure and discomfort while the tissue settles.
Stage II
Tissue Care
Weeks 3–6

We recommend beginning your first session within the first few days after surgery. Early treatment helps reduce swelling, prevent fibrosis, and support faster healing. We will assess your specific surgery and healing stage to determine the best starting point.
How do I know which treatment is right for my recovery?
Book a pre- or post-operative consultation and we'll tell you, based on your procedure, your surgeon's instructions and where you are in your recovery.
