Start with a full visit — in person or by video. Once we know your case, follow-ups keep your plan on track at no cost.
In-Person Visit
45 minConsultation with your Family Nurse Practitioner: complete medical history, the concern that brings you in, chronic conditions, labs or referrals if needed, and a personalized action plan. Not for emergencies.
Follow-Up Visit
25 minCheck-in on a condition already evaluated: your response to treatment, pending lab results, plan adjustments and refills. In person or by video, at no cost.
Telemedicine Visit
45 minThe full consultation by video, with the same Family Nurse Practitioner. You must be physically in Texas during the visit.

Which conditions do you manage?
Tell us about your condition when you book. Our Family Nurse Practitioner will review your history and tell you honestly whether we can manage it here or whether a specialist is the better fit.
Are follow-ups really at no cost?
Yes. Follow-ups on a condition we already evaluated are included at no cost, in person or by video.
Can I get medication refills?
During a follow-up you can request refills when they're needed for a condition we're already treating.
What if it's an emergency?
Our visits are not for emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
