Frequently Asked Questions About Fibrosis
How many sessions will I need?
The body treatment is offered as a package of 6 sessions. For facial fibrosis, the plan depends on your surgeon's protocol and how your tissue responds — we set it after your first assessment.
How is this different from lymphatic drainage?
Lymphatic drainage moves retained fluid. Fibrosis treatment works on tissue that has already hardened — and it includes lymphatic drainage as one of its steps, combined with technology and deeper manual work.
Does it hurt?
Fibrosis work can feel more intense than lymphatic drainage, but pressure is always adjusted to what your healing stage tolerates. Tell your therapist if anything feels wrong.
When can I start?
When your surgeon clears you and your tissue is ready. If you're not sure, book a post-op consultation and we'll tell you honestly whether it's time.
